Hey, we’re Slay Pilates. Started by Sheena, the OG Slay Girl. Pilates is our therapy, not just a workout. Here, you leave stress at the door and wobble out with strong legs and stronger moods (sometimes). We’re big on community – packed classes, soft girl looks, strong girl feels.
