Let’s keep it real: our Reformer classes are intense, but that’s the point. You’ll be working on a Balanced Body Allegro Reformer in a group of 8 to 12 people, so while the vibe is high-energy, your instructor is always watching your form. Remember to bring your own grip socks, or you’ll be grabbing a pair at the desk before you can hit the mat.
It’s not just about getting toned, though that’s definitely a perk. Whether you’re hitting up our GK1, GK2, Green Park, or Punjabi Bagh studios, you’re getting a 55-minute session on a professional-grade Reformer. We don’t gatekeep fitness, so our classes range from 'Full Body Burn' to specialized TRX and CoreAlign sessions if you want to switch things up.
We know life in Delhi gets hectic, so we’ve designed these studios to be your actual escape with pink neon, good music, and zero judgment. If you are a beginner, don't sweat it (well, actually, do sweat it). Our instructors are there to make sure your form is solid, so you're not just moving, you're actually targeting those deep muscles. We have group classes that mean you get that group energy, but you still get enough attention to actually learn the moves.
If you have specific goals like PCOS management, injury recovery, or you're a mama-to-be looking for safe movement, we offer private sessions that are entirely about you. We’re here to help you get that main character glow, one session at a time.
