Join our inclusive yoga community in South Delhi
Yoga is a universal language that brings people together, whether you are a local resident of GK-2 or visiting from across the globe. My studio is a space for everyone to share, breathe, and find peace.
A photo with a wonderful student from New York after a fulfilling session. It is an honor to share the practice of yoga with individuals from different cultures.
Another happy moment with our group. The smiles and sense of peace after a class are what make teaching so rewarding for me.
Sharing a moment of gratitude with a student. The traditional 'Namaste' gesture signifies that the light in me honors the light in you.
A cropped version of my photo with a visiting yogi. The connection we build on the mat is a special one, and I am grateful for every student who walks through my door.
Welcoming two new yogis all the way from Germany to our studio. It was a pleasure to have them join our class and share their energy with us.
Another photo with my students from Germany. I believe yoga is a universal language that connects us all, and moments like these are a beautiful reminder of that.
About Our Community: Yogis from Near and Far
When you walk into my GK-2 studio, you are not just joining a class, you are becoming part of a diverse family. I have had the privilege of guiding yogis from New York, Germany, and right here in Delhi, all practicing side by side. We focus on creating a non-judgmental environment where your origin or experience level does not matter, only your intention to find balance.
At Aatmspand, I have always believed that yoga transcends borders. When students from Germany or the United States join our sessions, they bring unique energy that blends beautifully with the warmth of our local Delhi community. It is deeply humbling to see this exchange happen on the mat.
Whether you are here for a single drop-in session while traveling or looking to commit to a monthly practice, you will find the same level of personal attention. I keep my batches small, limited to about 8 to 12 people, because I want to ensure that every student, regardless of where they are from, gets the hands-on support they need to refine their postures and understand their own body.
Our studio in Greater Kailash II is designed to be your sanctuary. We use traditional Hatha and Vinyasa techniques, along with soothing Pranayama, to help you switch off from the city noise. You do not need fancy equipment or prior knowledge to begin. Just bring yourself and an open mind. If you are new to the area or just visiting, come by and experience this shared energy for yourself.
