A yoga retreat with me is less about fancy poses and more about slowing down, reconnecting, and just being. If you crave a mindful yoga getaway that feels personal, not crowded, you might enjoy what I offer.
What Happens on Retreat
- Daily yoga classes: We move, breathe, stretch, and sometimes just sit. Some days it's strong and active, other times fully restorative.
- Guided meditation: I’ll walk you through simple techniques, so even if your mind feels busy, you’ll find a bit more quiet.
- Pranayam: We do easy breathing practices for calm and clarity. No experience needed, just an open mind.
The Experience
- Every retreat is set in places where nature is right outside - think green hills in Coorg or the beaches of Sri Lanka. Being outdoors really shifts something inside.
- The groups are small, almost like a little family. We share meals, stories, and sometimes a lot of laughter. If you come solo or with a friend, you'll feel included.
- Sometimes, I do keep retreats exclusive for my regulars, just so everyone feels safe and supported.

My Story
Hey, I’m Seema. My studio’s like my second home, honestly. My students call me Seema ji sometimes, and I love seeing all ages grow here – from little kids to future teachers. Yoga’s for every body, not just the flexible ones! We laugh, we celebrate, we even travel on yoga retreats together. I carry my mat everywhere, but I also believe sometimes you just gotta surrender and breathe. This community keeps me grateful.
My Work
