About Yoga Classes
I see yoga as a way to find balance, slow down, and connect with yourself, not just a series of poses. My classes are about making yoga simple, joyful, and open to everyone, no matter your body type or experience.
My Teaching Style
- I lean into using props like blocks, chairs, straps, and wall ropes. Ye sab tools hai, taaki tu safely practice kar sake aur poses ko deeply samajh sake. (These are all tools so you can practice safely and explore poses in-depth.)
- Classes focus on building strong basics - core, glutes, balance, and mobility. Foundation banega toh sab aasan lagega, on and off the mat.
- Breathwork (pranayama), chanting, and meditation are always part of the mix, helping you calm your mind and manage stress.
Types of Classes
- Group yoga classes, both in-studio (Hauz Khas) and online. Join wherever you are, energy toh sabke saath hi feel hoti hai (you can always feel the group's energy).
- Specialized options: prenatal yoga sessions for moms-to-be, restorative yoga practice to help you truly unwind, and chair yoga to keep it accessible for all.
- Private sessions if you want something fully personalized.
Our Space

If you’re looking for yoga for beginners or want to deepen your practice with props, I’ll meet you where you are, no fuss.

My Story
Hey, I’m Seema. My studio’s like my second home, honestly. My students call me Seema ji sometimes, and I love seeing all ages grow here – from little kids to future teachers. Yoga’s for every body, not just the flexible ones! We laugh, we celebrate, we even travel on yoga retreats together. I carry my mat everywhere, but I also believe sometimes you just gotta surrender and breathe. This community keeps me grateful.
My Work
Yoga Classes & Courses - I offer group classes, online yoga classes, private sessions, kids yoga, teacher training, and yoga retreats for healing.
Empathy First - I teach with intuition and kindness. Yoga’s for everyone, no matter your age or body.
Props Make It Fun - We use chairs, ropes, walls, and blocks to explore poses and support deeper stretches safely.
Beyond Just Exercise - We connect breath with movement, recharge, and look for inner harmony – it’s not just about asanas.
Community Vibes - Beginners, healers, experienced yogis – all are welcome. We support each other, sometimes even go upside down!
