Pregnancy is a sacred time, and yoga can make the journey smoother. Whether you are expecting or looking to specialize in teaching pre and postnatal yoga, my Hauz Khas studio offers a supportive, prop-assisted space to nurture your practice.

Pregnancy is a sacred time, and yoga can make the journey smoother. My pregnancy yoga classes, available in group or private settings, are designed to reduce stress and prepare your body for childbirth.

Join me to learn how to guide women through pregnancy and beyond. This poster details my upcoming 100-hour Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training, a foundational course for all aspiring teachers in this field.

Here is another opportunity to join my Pre and Postnatal YTT. This intensive course covers both the practical and theoretical aspects of teaching yoga during this transformative period of life.

About this collection

In both my classes and teacher training, we rely heavily on props—like wall ropes, bolsters, and blocks—to ensure every movement is safe, stable, and restorative. You do not need to be flexible to start; we focus entirely on adapting the practice to your body's changing needs, whether you are managing pregnancy discomfort or learning to guide others through this delicate phase.

A Journey of Support and Strength

Pregnancy changes everything. My pre and postnatal yoga sessions in Hauz Khas are designed to help you navigate these changes with love and kindness. Instead of pushing for intensity, we focus on what your body actually needs: stability for the lower back, relief for tight hips, and quiet moments to connect with your baby. I teach with intuition, and we use a variety of props to make sure you never strain, only stretch and grow.

100-Hour Teacher Training

For yoga teachers looking to specialize, I offer a 100-hour certification course that goes deep into anatomy and safety. This is not just theory; we spend significant time on:

  • Safe Sequencing: How to modify Hatha and Vinyasa flows for each trimester.
  • Prop Mastery: Using wall ropes and bolsters to support pelvic floor health and ease prenatal discomforts.
  • Postnatal Recovery: Gentle, effective ways to help the body heal and regain strength after childbirth.

Why Join Us

  • Small Batches: I keep groups intimate (8–12 students) so I can offer direct guidance and injury management.
  • Climate-Controlled: Our Hauz Khas studio is a comfortable, quiet sanctuary where you can truly pause and breathe.
  • Community: Whether you are a mom-to-be or a teacher building your career, you become part of a family that supports one another long after the classes end.

This isn't a quick fix or a gym class. It is a dedicated space to surrender, breathe, and find harmony as you enter this new chapter.
