Student Stories & Our Yoga Family
Yoga is about connection—the bond we build with ourselves and the beautiful community that grows around our practice at the studio.
Listening to a student share her story is a profound experience. She speaks about finding my classes after an illness and how the intuitive, empathetic approach to teaching made a real difference in her pain management.
Celebrating the completion of our Yin Yoga Teacher Training. I am so proud of these wonderful new teachers and wish them all the best as they go out and share this quiet, powerful practice with others.
A beautiful, happy memory from our International Yoga Day celebration. The smiles and shared energy in this photo say everything about the wonderful community we have built together.
More happy moments from International Yoga Day. We come together not just to practice asana, but to celebrate life, connection, and the peace that yoga brings into our hearts.
A look back at some beautiful moments from the year. From individual practice to group fun, every memory is a reminder of the love and growth we share on this path. Happy New Year to my yoga family.
I am so grateful for the dedication and faith of my students. Seeing them explore their practice, like in these wall-supported backbends and balancing poses, fills my heart with love.
About this collection
Many of my students come to the studio not just for a physical workout, but seeking a genuine, supportive space. Whether you are recovering from an injury or simply looking for a deeper connection, we focus on an intuitive, prop-supported practice that allows you to work safely within your own body's needs.
At my Hauz Khas studio, we believe that yoga is for every body. Over the last 35+ batches, I have seen students arrive with different physicalities and leave with newfound strength and inner peace. This space is intentionally kept intimate, with small batches of 8 to 12 students, so that I can provide direct mentorship, whether we are working on alignment in a 200-hour teacher training or exploring the stillness of Yin Yoga.
Why Our Community is Different
We don't just practice asanas. We use props like wall ropes, bolsters, and chairs to make complex poses accessible, ensuring that safety and comfort always come first. This isn't a factory-style studio where you get lost in the crowd. It is a place where you will be heard—if you have a specific injury or a goal you are working toward, we adapt the practice to you, not the other way around.
Join Our Journey
From our International Yoga Day gatherings to the quiet, focused energy of our Yin teacher training completions, every moment here is about shared growth. If you are ready to stop forcing your body into poses and start learning how to breathe and move with kindness, you will find a home here. We laugh, we learn, and we support each other through the tough days and the breakthrough moments.
