Yoga with Props: Making Yoga Accessible

I believe props are wonderful tools to help you practice safely and understand poses more deeply. We use blocks, bolsters, and straps to support your body, build confidence, and make every asana accessible to you.

Chair Yoga: Support & Stability

Chair yoga is a fantastic way to build strength, improve balance, and explore poses with extra support. It's perfect for everyone, including seniors, those with injuries, or anyone looking for a more accessible practice.

Wall Rope Yoga (Kurunta): Deepen Your Stretch

Using wall ropes, or Yoga Kurunta, allows us to explore inversions and deep stretches with a feeling of lightness and security. This practice helps decompress the spine and open the body in new ways.

Restorative & Yin Yoga: Relax and Recharge

These slow, gentle classes are designed to help you truly unwind and release deep-seated tension. We use props to fully support the body, allowing you to rest, calm your nervous system, and find a state of bliss.

Core Strength, Mobility & Balance

My classes focus on building a strong foundation. We work on strengthening the core and glutes, improving balance, and increasing mobility to help you feel strong and stable, both on and off the mat.
