Yoga is much more than poses on a mat. It is how I connect with myself, whether I am on a beach, in the mountains, or right here at home. These are the moments that keep my practice alive. ❤️

Filling my life up with abundance. A few moments from my Sivananda yoga practice, finding gratitude in movement and the beauty around me.

The art of being alone. Practicing yoga on the beach gives me the opportunity to fall in love with myself and find peace in solitude.

Every new day is an opportunity to create the life you want. A quiet moment in child's pose on the beach, surrendering and setting intentions.

Be water, my friend. A throwback to practicing with this absolutely beautiful mountain view in my favorite place, Himachal. The landscape inspires my flow.

My soul is meant to be free and wild. A moment of connection with nature, reaching for the flowers in a standing balance pose.

Choose yourself every day. A throwback video of me and a cute beach dog in Goa, a reminder to rest, recover, and always come back to your practice.

It is a beautiful world out there. Here I am in Purna NatarajAsana, the full expression of Dancer's Pose, feeling the expanse of the sky and the earth.

Raise your hand if you love hugging trees. I feel so much grounding energy and gratitude when I connect with these ancient beings.

A reminder that it is okay to let go and move forward. Here I am in Poorna Dhanurasana, or Full Bow Pose, opening my heart to new possibilities.

The excitement of trying new things. Here I am finding my balance on a slackline, a practice that requires immense focus and presence.

About My Personal Practice & Journey

My practice does not stay in one place. Whether I am balancing on a slackline in a garden or finding stillness in Child's Pose on a beach, I practice to listen to my body, not to force it into a shape. This is not about achieving the perfect expression of an Asana; it is about showing up for myself, especially on the days when I feel tired or restless. If you are struggling to stay consistent, remember that the goal is simply to start where you are.
