About this collection

These weekends at the farm are intentionally rustic. We provide twin-sharing camping tents, sleeping bags, and hearty, simple vegetarian meals. The washrooms and showers are shared and outdoors, so expect a true nature immersion rather than a hotel stay. You don't need to be super fit to join; we have beginner-friendly yoga sessions alongside our calisthenics workshops, so you can choose a pace that feels right for you.

What to Expect at the Farm

The rhythm of our retreats is designed to help you disconnect from the digital noise. We start early with sunrise yoga to wake up your body, followed by movement sessions that blend different disciplines. You will find Hatha yoga, pranayama for breathwork, calisthenics to build functional strength, and introductory flows in Kalaripayattu, the ancient Indian martial art.

Who Should Join?

These retreats are open to everyone. I often see people arriving as strangers and leaving as a small community. You don't need prior experience in fitness or yoga to attend. Whether you are a solo traveler looking for a quiet space, a group of friends wanting a healthy weekend activity, or someone dealing with burnout, there is room for you here.

The Schedule

The 2-day experience includes overnight camping, allowing for evening campfires, talent shows, and open-sky conversations. If you are short on time, the 1-day fitness immersion pass offers access to all three workshops plus lunch and high tea, without the overnight stay.

Location & Logistics

Everything happens at Otter, The Nature School in Sarjapur, Bangalore. It is a working farm, so come prepared with comfortable clothes, good walking shoes, and an open mind. We provide electrolytes and water, but please bring your own toiletries and a towel.
