These weekend getaways at a peaceful farm in Sarjapur are my way of helping you reconnect with yourself, nature, and a wonderful community. We combine yoga, meditation, calisthenics, and Kalaripayattu with campfire fun, welcoming everyone from beginners to seasoned fitness lovers.

Asana Tutorials & Modifications

I break down common yoga poses to make them accessible for every body. Learn the correct alignment for foundational asanas, explore progressions for poses like Boat Pose, and find modifications that help you listen to your body.

Pranayama: The Art of Breathing

Discover the power of your breath with these guided pranayama techniques. I will walk you through foundational practices like Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing) and Kapalbhati to help calm your nervous system and increase your energy.

Strength, Core & Inversions

Challenge yourself and build a strong foundation with these practices focused on core strength, arm balances, and inversions. I provide step-by-step guidance to help you safely work towards poses like headstands and side planks.

Partner & Acro Yoga

Yoga is also about connection, trust, and play. This is a glimpse into the fun we have with partner yoga and acro yoga, creating shapes and supporting each other in our practice.
