Yoga & Travel: Finding Your Center Anywhere

My mat is my home, whether I am on a mountain trail or by the sea. Let us find our breath together, wherever the journey takes us.

Doing Rajakapotasana on a boat in Lakshadweep at sunset. Moments like these are pure magic, a deep surrender to the beauty of the universe. This is what it means to live your yoga.

Everything that exists is an absolute miracle. A simple wheel pose on the beach as the sun sets. The sand, the sea, the sky, it's all part of the practice.

The light runs wild within her. Finding my balance in Natarajasana, the dancer's pose, against a stunning sunset in Lakshadweep. Nature is the ultimate yoga studio.

If you want it, do whatever it takes to get it. Practicing a headstand on the beach in Lakshadweep, with a shipwreck in the background. A powerful reminder of persistence and strength.

Your bad days are part of your good life. A moment of reflection and a gentle backbend on a quiet road in Assam. Even in my traditional kurta, the practice continues.

A handstand practice overlooking the ocean in Sri Lanka. The vastness of the sea is a powerful reminder of the infinite potential within us.

Finding stillness in a forearm stand on a balcony in the Sri Lankan mountains. The morning sun, the fresh air, the quiet focus, it's a perfect recipe for peace.

About this collection

Traveling should not mean pausing your practice. My approach to outdoor yoga helps you adapt your flows to the space you are in, whether it is a hotel balcony, a quiet road in Assam, or a sandy beach. We focus on finding stability in changing environments, which is exactly how we handle the unpredictable nature of our daily lives.

When you think of a yoga practice, you might picture a studio with mirrors and incense. For me, that practice is far more expansive. It happens on wooden decks in Laos, by the ocean in Sri Lanka, and in the mountains of Uttarakhand. The essence of Yoga & Travel is not about performing for the camera, but about using your movement to stay connected to your body when everything else around you is in flux.

Why Practice on the Move?

  • Adaptability: Hotel rooms and balconies are not perfect, and that is the point. Learning to work with uneven surfaces or limited space builds a specific kind of physical and mental resilience.
  • Connection to Nature: Practicing outside allows you to tap into the elements. The sound of the waves or the fresh mountain air helps activate the nervous system in ways a closed room cannot.
  • Consistency: My philosophy is simple: show up. Even if it is just fifteen minutes of breathwork on a runway or a quick stretch after a long flight, maintaining the habit matters more than the duration.

How We Work Together

My sessions are tailored to your lifestyle. If you are a constant traveler or someone juggling a busy life with motherhood, we design routines that move with you. We utilize minimal equipment and focus on bodyweight sequences that require nothing but your intention. You do not need a studio to find stillness; you only need the willingness to arrive on your mat, wherever you are. Whether you are seeking stress relief through pranayama or building strength through asana, we make it happen.
