Discover a space for stillness. My practice focuses on breathwork and meditation to bring you back to balance, right here in the city.
I believe true peace isn't found by escaping life, but by diving deeper into it. Here, amidst the power of nature, I found a moment of profound stillness. This is the clarity I guide my students to discover within themselves, whether in the mountains or in the middle of a busy day.
For many of us, the workplace is a major source of stress. I conduct corporate wellness sessions to introduce simple yet powerful breathwork techniques like Kapalbhati. This practice helps clear the mind, boost energy, and build resilience against daily pressures, right in the office environment.
Meditation doesn't have to be complicated. I often start with Anapana, the simple art of observing your natural breath. This video shows the world's simplest meditation technique, a powerful tool taught by Buddha to calm a restless mind and anchor you in the present moment.
Here, I am guiding a student through Anulom Vilom, or alternate nostril breathing. This is a cornerstone of pranayama that balances the mind, calms the nervous system, and improves focus. My sessions, whether one-on-one or in a group, are always tailored to your personal journey towards inner harmony.
Sound is a powerful tool for healing. I use Tibetan singing bowls in my sessions to create deep, resonant vibrations that help quiet the mind and release tension. The soothing tones guide you into a state of deep relaxation, making it easier to meditate and find your center.
Stress is the root cause of so many of our problems, from poor sleep to serious health issues. In this video, I explain how stress impacts the body and why a simple 10-minute daily meditation practice, focusing on your breath, can be a life-changing tool for reclaiming your health and peace of mind.
The path to inner peace requires dedication, no matter the outer conditions. Practicing meditation in the quiet cold of a snowy forest is a reminder that stillness can be cultivated anywhere. This is the commitment I bring to my own practice and share with everyone I teach.

You don't need to be flexible to start. My featured practice focuses on the simplest tools, like Anapana and breath awareness, that you can use at your desk or home. It is about shifting from a chaotic state to a calm one, one breath at a time, without rigid rules or complex poses.
Life in a metro city like Delhi can feel like a constant race. We are busy collecting things, but how often do we stop to check our own alignment? My practice is not about escaping reality. It is a 'work-in' where we use simple techniques to face what is inside and let it settle.
Whether you are a complete beginner, a corporate professional dealing with desk-related tension, or someone struggling with anxiety, my approach is tailored to your needs. I teach techniques such as:
- Anapana: A simple method for observing your breath to anchor yourself in the present.
- Pranayama: Including Kapalbhati and Anulom Vilom to cleanse the system and boost energy.
- Sound Healing: Using 7-metal Tibetan Singing Bowls for deep, resonant relaxation.
Everything happens at my studio in Vikaspuri, or I can bring these practices to your office. There is no requirement for prior knowledge. If you are willing to breathe, you are ready to start. Let us stop running for a moment and find some shaanti together.
