Step away from the noise of the day. Our daily schedule offers everything from morning mat work to evening aerial flows, all designed to help you move, breathe, and find stillness in a device-free sanctuary.

A day at SAMA is filled with opportunities to find your calm. From a 7:00 AM mat class to a 9:30 AM aerial session and a 6:30 PM deep rest practice, there's always a way to fit mindful movement into your day.

When was the last time you did something for the first time? Trying an inversion in an aerial class can be a powerful moment of overcoming fear and trusting your body. I am here to guide you through these new experiences safely.

Progress happens with small steps, taken every day. Here, students use the hammock and yoga blocks for support as they build core strength. This shows how we use props to make challenging movements more accessible for everyone.

I offer classes all seven days of the week, with multiple time slots from early morning to evening. My goal is to make it easy for you to fit a calm mind class into your busy schedule, whenever you need it.

About this collection

Our classes are built on a no-mirror, no-device philosophy, which helps you turn your attention inward instead of watching your form. Whether you are joining an early morning mat session or an evening aerial flow, we keep our batch sizes small to ensure you get the guidance you need. If you are new to our space, I recommend starting with our 3-class trial pack to experience the studio rhythm—including our signature Cocoon Savasana—before deciding on a regular practice.

A Sanctuary for Your Practice

At SAMA, we believe that fitness should be about how you feel, not how you look. That is why our studios in Hopefarm and Siddapura are free of mirrors and digital distractions. When you step onto the mat or into the hammock, the only thing that matters is your breath and your movement.

What to Expect in Class

We offer a variety of classes to suit your energy levels throughout the week:

  • Morning Sessions: Start your day with intentional mat work or gentle aerial stretches to wake up the body.
  • Evening Flows: Unwind after work with mindful strength or Pilates, designed to release tension held throughout the day.
  • The Cocoon Savasana: Every class, regardless of style, concludes with our signature deep rest practice. You will be wrapped in the silk or settled on your mat, guided by sound and stillness.

Finding Your Rhythm

We understand that life is busy. Our 8-class standard pack is designed for flexibility, valid for 60 days to accommodate your work and travel schedules. If you are curious but not ready to commit, our 3-class trial pack is the perfect way to test the equipment and meet our instructors.

No experience is necessary. Whether you are coming to us for aerial yoga, Pilates, or simple meditation, come as you are. We are here to support your journey, one small step at a time.
