Your Aerial Journey: Foundation Courses
This is where your journey begins. My beginner-friendly certification and foundation courses are designed for everyone, regardless of your fitness level or experience. I will guide you through more than 15 aerial poses in a small, supportive group, ensuring you feel safe and confident as you learn to fly.
Rest & Reset: The Calm Mind Practice
Every class ends with a signature calm mind practice to help you find stillness. Experience our Cocoon Savasana, a guided meditation while floating in the hammock, or join a special Nervous System Reset workshop for deep calm. These sessions use sound, aroma, and weightlessness to soothe your mind and body.
