In our fast-paced lives, silence is a luxury. At SAMA, we use gentle aerial hammocks, guided breathwork, and mindful stillness to help you unplug, decompress, and finally let go.

If you feel overstimulated or overworked, my Nervous System Reset workshop is for you. I use the aerial hammock, calming lights, and guided meditation to create an environment for deep relaxation, helping to soothe not just your body, but your mind too.

I truly believe that brilliant things happen in calm minds. This is a quiet moment in the studio, where members are resting in their hammocks after a class. This stillness is where the real integration of mind and body happens.
