About Yoga, Pilates & Mobility
We do not just do basic stretches here. My classes focus on functional mobility using props like yoga bricks to help you nail those deeper stretches safely. It is all about giving your body that much needed sukoon [peace] after a high-energy workout week.
If you think yoga is just sitting and chanting, you have not been to our studio. We believe in movement that feels good, not just movement that looks good. Whether you are a beginner struggling to touch your toes or someone looking to advance their Pilates practice, we adjust the flow to match your pace.
We use a variety of techniques including Brick Yoga to help with alignment and stability, ensuring you do not hurt yourself while pushing your limits. It is not about perfect poses. It is about understanding your own body and giving it the recovery it deserves.
Our studio in Old Rajinder Nagar is equipped with dimmable lights and a sound system that helps you switch off from the outside world. We offer a mix of flow-based yoga, core-focused Pilates, and deep mobility work. These sessions are perfect for desk-bound professionals dealing with stiffness, or anyone who wants to build strength without the high-impact stress of cardio.
