Who Says You Can't Fly?
I hear it all the time - "I'm not strong," "too stiff," "maybe too old?" But honestly, aerial silks isn't some exclusive circus secret. Idhu yaarigu open (this is open to everyone). I’ve seen folks of all ages and backgrounds walk in, give it a shot, and surprise themselves.
What Happens in Class
- We start with the absolute basics - how to grip, climb and wrap on the silks safely. No rush, no pressure.
- Every session, you'll try out new poses that look fancy but are totally doable. Slowly, you’ll start feeling that core and arm strength getting better.
- And yes, the drops! Like the 'Back Dive Star.' It looks wild but we teach it step by step, with thick crash mats always there. Safety is a big deal for us.

My Story
Started Chaos Faktory 'cause I wanted a place for real movement. Not your typical gym, ya? Here, you learn to move - Parkour, Calisthenics, Animal Flow, all that. Folks think Parkour means 'eguruvudu' (jumping) like in movies, but we begin from the basics, safely. I've also worked as an action director for films like Bagheera, but whether on set or at Faktory, it’s all about fighting fear and feeling free. Age? Doesn’t matter. Come as you are.
My Work
Movement Programs for All - We teach Parkour Freerunning classes, Animal Flow workshops, Calisthenics, Aerial Silks, and Obstacle Course training. Special programs for kids too.
Skill First, Fitness Follows - Here, fitness is a byproduct. You learn to jump, climb, roll, and move in new ways. #getfitthroughmovement.
Parkour Fitness for Everyone - Doesn’t matter if you’re young or old. If you can eat, you can train! Mix of Parkour, Calisthenics, Gymnastics, Obstacle stuff.
Level Up Your Moves - Advanced Calisthenics and Parkour Freerunning classes for those ready to flip, swing, and muscle-up. Weekend specials.
Junior Ninja Movement Training - Kids (6-12) get strong, confident, and have fun in a safe setup. Watch them turn into little ninjas!
Film Fight Choreography - We also do professional fight choreography for movies. Real action, not just jumping around.
