Step into the ring and test your skills. We conduct supervised sparring sessions in our outdoor arena with full safety gear for everyone from beginners to experienced fighters.

It is not just about throwing punches. Real sparring is where you learn to control your distance, manage your guard, and keep your head in the fight when you are tired. We use full protective headgear and gloves, so you can push your limits safely without getting hurt. If you want to know if your training is actually working, get inside the ropes with us.
Sparring is the acid test for any boxer. In the ring, you stop thinking and start reacting. That is why we emphasize controlled, supervised sessions. We do not just put you in there to get hit. Our focus is on tactical sparring, where we pause the action to correct your stance or show you exactly why you left your chin exposed.
What to expect in the ring:
- Safety First: We mandate full headguards and gloves. You are here to learn and condition yourself, not to get injured. Safety is non-negotiable.
- Technical Focus: You will learn to use your footwork to create angles. A good punch is useless if you are out of position. We teach you how to cut off the ring and defend effectively.
- Outdoor Setting: We train in the open air of Delhi parks. It is different from the AC gym experience. It is raw, it is dusty, and it toughens you up.
