This is where it gets real. A glimpse into a supervised sparring session in our outdoor boxing ring, focusing on technique and stamina under pressure.
One-on-one pad work is key. Here, I'm working with a student on his punch combinations, speed, and defensive head movement inside the ring.
We build real strength here. This is our version of a full-body workout, using sledgehammer slams on a heavy tyre to develop explosive power and core stability.
The heavy bag is essential for building power in your punches. This shows a student practicing his form and follow-through during a heavy bag drill.
It all starts with the basics. A student practices shadow boxing in our outdoor training area, focusing on footwork, posture, and getting the fundamentals right before stepping into the ring.
Training is a group effort. Here you can see students running through partner drills on the matted area, working on their reflexes and defensive skills together.
