Drop-In Trial Session
Training Format
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes of high-intensity training.
- Structure: Group class environment mixed with various age groups.
- Conditioning: Includes outdoor road/dirt-track running, duck walks, and tire drills.
- Basics: Instruction on boxing stance, guard, and basic Jab-Cross combinations.
Facility & Gear
- Environment: Access to non-AC, industrial-style facility with natural ventilation.
- Equipment: Use of communal heavy bags and shared gym gloves (bringing own wraps recommended).
Monthly Group Membership
Core Training
- Frequency: Access to classes 3 to 5 days a week based on coach assessment.
- Sparring: Eligibility for supervised Friday Sparring Days (requires headgear/gumshield).
- Advanced Drills: Focus on footwork pivots, defensive slips, and partner blocking drills.
- Mental Focus: Post-training mindfulness and meditation sessions.

What We’re Really About
We keep it straight here. No fancy stuff, just real work. If you’re a kid ready to get serious, or a parent looking for something that’s more than just burning energy, this is where you belong. I see kids as young as 12 putting in the grind at sunrise. That’s the kind of hunger we look for.
Not Just a Sport, It’s How You Grow
Boxing is tough. You will get hit. You’ll learn to take it, give it back, and not run from a challenge. The goal isn’t just medals, but building discipline through boxing and grit that stick with you for life. You’ll be too busy pushing yourself to even think about your phone.
The Training: No Shortcuts
- Basics come first. We drill the stance, jab, slips and pivots until they’re second nature.
- Strength and stamina matter - expect outdoor runs, squats, and youth boxing conditioning that’s right for your age.
- Safe sparring for kids is a priority. Matched by age, always with gear, and never reckless. We even do inter-club sparring so you get a taste of real competition.
Where It Happens
Our gym is basic, but built for fighters. Full-size ring, heavy bags, matted floors. Everything you need, nothing you don’t.

My Story
Three years back, I started this fight team in Nagasandra, literally from cracked floors. Boxing was alien here. Now we’ve got top mats and a crew that treats this gym like a temple. Kids run in at 5am, women walk in with zero fear. I’ve seen pain, grit, and wild dedication. Iron sharpens iron, right? The ones who listen, trust, and step in the ring - those are the champs. That’s what keeps me in the game.
