About Agility & Fun Fitness Drills

In our group sessions of 10 to 15 children, we don't just run laps. We use a rotating circuit of agility ladders, battle ropes, and hurdle jumps designed to build motor planning skills rather than just muscle. Because we track footwork precision and reaction time during these drills, you get to see tangible progress in your child's coordination session by session.
