About Youth Athletic Development (Ages 4+)

We don’t just run laps here. Your child will work on specific motor skills using agility ladders, mini-hurdles, and reaction-based games. By training coordination, balance, and speed at a young age, we build a physical foundation that makes every other sport easier—whether they want to be a sprinter, a cricketer, or simply more active.

Foundation Over Everything

At Risers Academy, we know that building an athlete starts long before they ever step onto a competitive track. For our junior batches (ages 4–12), the goal is to master fundamental movements. Using drills like hurdle stepping, cone agility circuits, and reaction games, we help children develop spatial awareness and body control. This is the 'mehnat' that matters at a young age—teaching discipline and focus while keeping the environment fun and engaging.

Children’s bodies are incredibly adaptable. Between ages 4 and 10, developing motor skills is vital. Our coaching focuses on:
