We build strong foundations for young athletes. From mastering basic coordination to perfecting track technique, we help kids discover what they are truly capable of.

This is where it all began for our national medalist, Keona Asher. I've had the privilege of coaching her since she was just 5 years old, a journey of dedication and growth.

Our youth squad practicing their long jump approaches. I teach them the fundamentals of speed on the runway and explosive take-offs into the sandpit.

A glimpse into our youth program. Kids enjoy a warm-up run through the park, practice long jumps, and learn hurdle drills, all in one session.

Young athletes building their jumping skills. I guide them through box jump drills for power and high jump practice to develop technique and confidence.

Teamwork makes the dream work. Young athletes help each other with dynamic balance exercises on Bosu balls, learning to be supportive teammates.

A young athlete takes his first leap of faith in the long jump pit. We believe in encouraging kids to go for it and discover their capabilities.

From our youngest runners to our senior competitors, everyone shares the same track and the same passion. Here, athletes of all ages train together during a hurdle session.

About this collection

I focus on foundational biomechanics, agility drills, and coordination games during our 75-minute sessions. It is not just about running fast, but about teaching your child to manage their body safely while building the discipline to show up, rain or shine.

Our Approach to Youth Athletics

Success at a young age isn't about medals; it is about building the habit of discipline. In my youth program, we use the SSS (Strength, Speed, Stability) method to ensure that kids develop athleticism that lasts a lifetime.

What We Cover

  • Foundation: We start with ABC drills (Agility, Balance, Coordination) to correct running posture before we ever push for speed.
  • Skills: Our athletes learn the fundamentals of sprinting, hurdle clearance, and the technical aspects of long jump and high jump.
  • Methodology: We utilize agility ladders, mini-hurdles, and Bosu balls to turn coordination training into a game.

The Training Experience

Training takes place at the University Sports Pavilion, Marine Lines. Whether it is the monsoon season or the peak of summer, our kids are on the synthetic track. We run small, focused batches to ensure every child gets direct supervision. We do not just teach running; we teach kids to fall, rise, and try again. It is a space where children learn that effort is the only shortcut to improvement.

If your child is ready to trade screen time for sweat and technique, this is where the journey begins.

I'm Dr. Ravindra Kumar. At Sprinters, we don't just coach kids to run; we teach them discipline and biomechanics. Seeing our athletes like Keona grow from tiny beginners into national medalists is what keeps me on the track every single day.
