Boxing Training and Functional Fitness
A look at my training methods, my facility, and the hard work we put in every day. Whether you are here for self-defense, fitness, or to learn the sport, this is how we do it.
This is what a personal training session looks like. I'm in the ring with my student, holding the pads and guiding him through combinations. This focused, one-on-one attention is how we sharpen technique and build real ring sense.
Boxing is for everyone. Here you can see a glimpse of my group classes, where women and kids are learning defensive drills and sparring in a safe, controlled environment. The energy is great and everyone pushes each other.
I'm demonstrating a defensive slip and counter-punch combination with a student. My training is very technical, focusing on proper form for both attack and defense to build a solid foundation.
It's not just about punching. This is our outdoor strength and conditioning area where we build explosive power and endurance with equipment like tires and sleds. This is the hard work that makes you a stronger boxer.
This is me after completing my NIS (National Institute of Sports) certification course. Being a certified coach means my training methods are professional, structured, and effective.
Here's a look at a controlled sparring session between two students. They are wearing full headgear for safety while practicing their offense and defense in a real-time situation inside the MMA cage.
I'm breaking down a fundamental boxing combination: a left punch followed by a slip and a close-range punch. Mastering these basics is the key to becoming a skilled boxer.
About Featured
I do not rely on fancy machines to do the work for you. In my gym, you will find tires, sleds, and a proper boxing ring, because that is where true conditioning happens. If you are looking for a place to hide in the AC, this is not it. If you want to learn proper technique, build raw strength, and actually sweat, we are going to get along just fine.
My Coaching Approach
I am NIS certified, so my training is based on science, not guesswork. We do not skip steps. Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your ring craft, you will start with the fundamentals: your stance, footwork, and how to throw a punch properly. Once the basics are solid, we move to high-intensity functional training to build the stamina needed for the ring.
Why Train With Me
- Structured Boxing Curriculum: We cover everything from jab-cross-hook combinations to advanced defensive drills like slipping and counter-punching.
- Real Conditioning: You will be flipping tractor tires, pushing weighted sleds, and using battle ropes. This is how we build explosive power.
- Safe Environment: Whether we are in the MMA cage for sparring or working on mitts, safety and discipline are my priorities. You wear your headgear, follow the rules, and you work hard.
Where We Train
I run my main setup in Sector 137, Noida. It is a semi-outdoor, high-ceiling facility with all the gear we need—boxing rings, punching bags, and enough floor space to move. No distractions, just training.
Getting Started
I work with men, women, and kids who are serious about their goals. If you have never thrown a punch before, that is fine. Everyone starts somewhere. If you are ready to show up and put in the work, reach out and let's get to it.
