Boxing Training in Kammanahalli
Boxing isn't just about throwing hands. It is physics, strategy, and mental grit. We teach you to move, defend, and strike with absolute purpose.
Hooks are power shots, not wild swings. I break down the mechanics of a proper hook, showing you how to generate power from your legs and hips for maximum impact.

A fighter works the heavy bag, keeping his guard up and focusing on his form. The bag doesn't hit back, but it builds power and endurance.
A coach gives one-on-one instruction to a female fighter, correcting her guard and stance. Personalized feedback is key to improvement.

About Boxing: The Sweet Science
We don’t just let you flail at bags. Before you touch a heavy bag, you will learn the mechanics of a proper jab, how to slip a punch, and how to stay balanced. Keep in mind that for long-term training, you will need to invest in your own 14oz to 16oz gloves, hand wraps, and a mouthguard to stay safe and hygienic on the mats.
Boxing is often called the 'sweet science' for a reason. It is the art of hitting without getting hit. At our Kammanahalli facility, we strip away the ego and focus entirely on the fundamentals. You aren't here to look pretty; you are here to build a foundation.
The Curriculum
We start with your stance and your breath. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to sharpen your existing game, our training cycle includes:
- Stance and Balance: Understanding weight distribution to maximize power without overextending.
- Defensive Drills: Learning to parry, slip, and roll. Defense is 50% of the fight.
- Punch Mechanics: Mastering the jab, cross, hook, and uppercut. It is all about kinetic linkage—generating power from your feet, through your hips, and out to your fist.
- Ring IQ: Developing the ability to see openings, fake a shot, and control the pace of a round.
Our Facility
We train in a dedicated space with heavy bags, focus mitts, and a ring. We maintain a high-intensity environment, which means we do not offer 'open gym' walk-ins. Every session is led by a coach, ensuring you get real feedback on your form. We believe in the 'Everyday Porrada' mindset—it is about showing up and doing the work, even when you don't feel like it. If you want to train, you are welcome, regardless of your fitness level. Just bring a serious attitude and be ready to sweat.
