This is what a sparring day looks like. Two fighters testing their skills in the ring while the rest of the club watches and learns. It’s all about controlled aggression and sharp technique.

In the corner between rounds, it’s just me and my fighter. This is where trust is everything. I give the strategy, you execute. I want you to win more than anyone.

About this collection

I don’t believe in long-term contracts. We operate on a pay-per-session basis in a no-nonsense industrial gym here in Vidya Nagar. We don’t have air conditioning, but we have the heavy bags, the mats, and the focus you need. You show up ready to work, or you don't show up at all.

How We Train

Boxing is a mental game as much as a physical one. When you step into my gym, the goal is simple: become a better fighter than you were yesterday. Whether you are walking in to learn self defense, lose weight, or prepare for a competitive fight, the process remains the same. We focus on fundamentals—footwork, head movement, and punch combinations—before we ever think about putting you in the ring.

Why No-Frills Matters

People often look for fancy equipment, but combat sports are built on resistance. We use old-school calisthenics like duck walks and frog jumps to build functional strength. You won't find treadmills here because the ring is where you get your cardio. If you want to build endurance, you hit the heavy bags and you put in the rounds.

The Sparring Environment

Friday is our test. Sparring is mandatory if you want to compete, but we keep it controlled. You don't learn by getting knocked out on your first day. You learn by taking shots, defending, and finding your rhythm. We have men and women training side-by-side, all respecting the ring. If you are here to show off, you are in the wrong place. If you are here to learn, sharpen your technique, and push your limits, you belong here.

We started this gym from cracked floors three years ago. We built it from the ground up because Nagasandra needed a place where real boxing could grow. It is a garage-style setup, designed for heavy sweat and hard work. Bring your wraps, bring your hunger, and be ready to sweat.
