About Core Boxing Skills

We strip away the ego here, focusing strictly on your stance, footwork, and landing that jab-cross combination correctly. Every minute on the heavy bag or focus pads is tracked by our coaches to ensure your form is precise, not just powerful. You do not need to be fit to start; you just need to show up and be ready to learn.

We do not do boxing routines that prioritize jumping around over actual technique. Here, the core training revolves around how you move. You start with shadow boxing to find your balance, move to pad work to build accuracy, and finish on heavy bags to develop real power.

Why this approach works

Most gyms treat boxing as a fitness gimmick. We treat it as a martial art. When you learn to throw a hook with your hips instead of just your arm, you are not just burning calories—you are learning a skill that sticks.
