About this collection
Don't just punch the air. Shadow boxing is about footwork—you box with your feet, not your hands. We spend time in front of the mirror, not to admire ourselves, but to catch every mistake in your movement. If your balance is off, your power is zero. This is where we fix your rhythm, coordination, and stance before you even put the gloves on.
Why Shadow Boxing is the Foundation
Most people think boxing is all about the bag. That is where they are wrong. If you cannot move correctly, you cannot hit correctly. In my sessions, we go back to the basics. We work on your stance, your pivot, and your flow.
The Training Process
- Mirror Work: This is where you stop lying to yourself. We watch your shadow to spot the gaps in your defense. Are your hands dropping? Is your chin tucked? We fix it in real-time.
- Footwork Drills: You will learn to control the distance. Boxing is a game of inches. I teach you how to stay in range to strike, but out of range to get hit.
- Mental Conditioning: I treat shadow boxing like meditation. It forces you to be present. If your mind wanders, your movement breaks.
What You Get
Whether you are training 1-on-1 here in Bengaluru or doing my remote program, the goal is the same: to make your movement instinctual. You won't have to think about the punch; it will just come.
Bas tu karta jaa. Results don't come from hype; they come from the thousands of reps you do when no one is watching. If you are ready to stop chasing motivation and start building discipline, let's get to work.
