What Yoga Feels Like at Relive Fitness
Yoga here isn't about picture-perfect poses. I want you to find your groove, laugh a little, and feel stronger - thoda fun bhi zaruri hai (a little fun is also important). Whether you’re just starting or already rolling out your mat like a pro, there’s space for you.
Adults: Pick Your Flow
- Classic yoga for beginners and regulars - think flexibility, weight loss, and a bit of calm for your mind. No one’s judging, just breathing and moving.
- Rope yoga classes for those who want to try something new. Wall ropes and props help with alignment and core strength, plus you get to stretch deeper than you thought possible.
Kids Yoga Sessions
- For ages 3 and up, I keep it playful. Kids learn balance, focus, and how to chill out - all while moving and having fun.
- We build a healthy body, help them relax, and sneak in some energetic games.
Studio Vibe + Timings
- Studio’s bright, mirrors everywhere, mats and props sorted. Just walk in.
- Classes all day, from 6 AM till 10 PM. Kids’ batches run weekdays.

My Story
Hurrrrraaaayyyyy! Relive Fitness is finally up and running - feels unreal. We started out with just a bare room and a wild dream. The energy here now? Magic. We wanted more than just a gym, you know? A place where you could sweat it out in Zumba, chill in Iyengar rope yoga, or watch your kids smash it in kids' CrossFit. We’re all about cheering each other on, building a real fitness family. Come hang out, let’s relive fitness together!
