About Fun & Focus: Yoga for Kids
Forget static poses and serious faces. My sessions for children aged 3 and up are all about movement, using yoga wheels and balance props to turn training into a game. We focus on correcting posture caused by school screen time and boosting concentration, so your kids leave the studio feeling energetic rather than tired.
How We Make Yoga Fun
I believe the best way to help children grow is by removing the 'chore' element from exercise. In these after-school batches, we don't just hold poses. We use a play-way methodology that mixes traditional asanas with energetic games. Whether we are using yoga wheels to practice backbends or using soft blocks to improve coordination, the goal is to keep them smiling while they build a healthy foundation.

Parents often ask me what their kids actually get out of these sessions. Aside from the obvious fun, here is what we work on consistently:

Session Logistics
Classes run Monday through Friday after school hours at our studio in Emaar Palm Hills, Sector 77. The groups are kept small so I can provide hands-on help with alignment, ensuring every child stays safe while they explore what their body can do.
