Here’s a glimpse into the world of Rope Yoga, a special practice I offer to help you go deeper into poses. This video shows how we use wall ropes for support in inversions like the lotus handstand, which helps improve alignment, posture, and balance in a safe and controlled way.
My kids' yoga sessions are all about fun and movement. In this clip, you can see how I guide the little ones through playful poses and assisted stretches like downward dog, helping them build strength, improve their sleep cycle, and develop positive thoughts from a young age.

If you have been struggling to get your posture right, our Iyengar rope wall sessions make a world of difference. We use wall-mounted ropes and props to support your body, allowing you to safely stretch deeper and correct that slumping posture without the typical gym grind.
At Relive Fitness, located in Emaar Palm Hills, we do not believe in boring routines. Our studio is built for everyone, from toddlers to grandparents. The heart of our practice is our Iyengar rope wall setup. If you have spent years slouching at a desk, these props are a game-changer. They support your weight so you can achieve correct alignment in inversions and deep stretches that would be impossible on a standard mat.
Beyond the ropes, we offer Hatha and Vinyasa flow classes. Each session lasts 60 minutes, and we keep group sizes small, between 8 to 15 people, to ensure you get personal attention for your posture and spinal health.
We take kids' fitness just as seriously, but with a lot more play. Our after-school batches for children aged 3 and up focus on height growth, balance, and focus using yoga wheels and game-based learning. It is all about building healthy habits early on while they have a blast.
