- General Conditioning: Agility training using body weight, aerobic steppers, and light vinyl dumbbells (1kg to 2.5kg).
Facility Features
- Environment: 400 sq. ft studio with artificial green turf for soft landing and full length mirrors.
- Comfort: Centralized AC and professional sound system.
- Amenities: Access to RO water cooler and changing rooms.
Quarterly Progressive Bundle
Program Structure
- Duration: 3 month consecutive commitment.
- Total Sessions: 36 classes (maintains 3 days/week frequency).
- Syllabus: Progressive structure allowing instructors to track improvements in stamina and flexibility compared to monthly drop ins.

We set out to make fitness something kids actually look forward to. Our vibe’s all about jumping in, making friends, and feeling good after a class. Kids fitness isn’t just about exercise here - it’s about confidence, energy, and fun memories.
What’s Happening in Class
- Kids Zumba classes: Loud music, dance moves, and non-stop giggles. It’s a party that works up a sweat.
- Child yoga sessions: Simple poses and chill breathing. Helps with focus, balance, and flexibility, but we keep it light and playful.
- Youth CrossFit workout: Kid-sized equipment, safe moves, loads of games. We’re laying the foundation, not pushing too hard.

My Story
We started The Gym Health Planet 12 saal pehle (12 years ago) with one thing in mind - build a fitfam, not just a gym. Here, people dance to Punjabi beats, celebrate Lohri, play Dandiya, and yes, sweat and sparkle together. Some walk in, hiding from the mirror, but leave months later flaunting their progress pics. That’s what keeps us going - not big wins, but real, slow, steady change. Hum sab saath mein strong hain (We are strong together).
My Work
All-in-one fitness hub - We do Zumba group classes, MMA fitness for beginners, Yoga, Bhangra workout sessions, CrossFit, bodybuilding, kids functional training, and more.
Always buzzing energy - Our vibe? High-energy, full-on motivation, and a bit of dhol. Thakna mana hai! (Getting tired is forbidden!)
Everyone’s welcome - Young, old, first-timer or pro—koi bhi age group aa sakta hai (any age group can come). Special focus on women and kids.
