Why I Choose Boxing Fitness
I got bored of the same gym grind, so I started mixing things up with boxing fitness. It's not about being in a ring or looking tough - for me, it's about feeling good, learning something new, and adding thoda fun (a little fun) to my routine. If you’re tired of workouts that drag, you’ll feel the difference here.
What’s Inside a BoxFit Session
Every session is split between boxing drills, high-energy cardio, and strength work. I teach you the basics - stance, punches, footwork - even if you’ve never thrown a punch. We hit pads, bags, and mix in exercises like squats, planks, push-ups to build up strength and core. Cardio boxing training will have you sweating, and I promise you’ll leave with more energy than you came in with.
Who Fits In Here
Anybody. Most folks walk in with zero boxing experience. I work with adults and teens, all genders, no judgement. The vibe is chill, supportive, and you’ll actually get noticed here because I keep classes small - usually 4-5 people max. Sometimes we even head out to the Aravalli hills for fresh air and a change.
What You Get Out Of It
You’ll pick up real skills, basic self-defense, and see changes fast - better strength, lean muscle, less stress, and improved sleep. My aim is to make workouts something you want to come back for, not just tick off a list. Plus, if you ever feel stuck, the crew here will push you in the best way.

Hurrrrraaaayyyyy! Relive Fitness is finally up and running - feels unreal. We started out with just a bare room and a wild dream. The energy here now? Magic. We wanted more than just a gym, you know? A place where you could sweat it out in Zumba, chill in Iyengar rope yoga, or watch your kids smash it in kids' CrossFit. We’re all about cheering each other on, building a real fitness family.
