I make fitness for kids all about having fun, not ticking off a chore. For me, laughter, games, and loads of movement go hand-in-hand with health. Thoda fun bhi zaruri hai (a little fun is also important) - and that's my motto.

What We Actually Do

I run a mix of playful exercise routines for kids, so every session feels fresh:

  • Kids' CrossFit is like superhero training. We climb, crawl, and run outside on real grass at Emaar Palm Hills. Think obstacle courses, agility ladders, and cones. Not just strength, but loads of masti (fun).
  • Kids yoga classes indoors are all about finding calm and focus. We try out different poses and breathing, helping kids unwind while stretching out.
  • Dance fitness is where we just blast music and move. No pressure, just pure joy and a great workout at the same time.

How We Mix Things Up

Some days it’s the indoor studio, some days we’re outside. I keep changing things so kids never get bored. It’s about feeling good and confident, not just working out.

Who’s It For

Any kid above 3 can join the fun. I make sure everyone is included, whether they’re super active or just starting out. If your child’s not sure, they can always come and try a class, no pressure.

My Story

Hurrrrraaaayyyyy! Relive Fitness is finally up and running - feels unreal. We started out with just a bare room and a wild dream. The energy here now? Magic. We wanted more than just a gym, you know? A place where you could sweat it out in Zumba, chill in Iyengar rope yoga, or watch your kids smash it in kids' CrossFit. We’re all about cheering each other on, building a real fitness family. Come hang out, let’s relive fitness together!
