About Kids & Youth Gymnastics

We do not just teach tricks. We use the Air Track and crash mats to break down complex movements like backflips and handsprings into safe, manageable steps. Your child builds the necessary core strength and body control before ever attempting the advanced stuff, ensuring they learn the right technique from day one.

Training Philosophy

At The Rock Bull Academy of Arts, I believe that life does not get easier, you just get stronger. My gymnastics program for kids and youth follows this exact principle. We don't rely on machines. Instead, we master bodyweight strength, which provides the foundation for everything from simple coordination to advanced acrobatics.

What We Cover

Each 60 to 75-minute session is designed to challenge students at their own pace:

  • Foundations: We start with core drills, pull-ups, and push-ups to build raw stability.
  • Flexibility: Our routines include deep stretches for splits and bridges, which are vital for injury prevention and range of motion.
  • Acrobatics: This is where the fun happens. We use crash mats and the Air Track to practice cartwheels, back handsprings, and flips. Every student gets hands-on spotting from me and my team until they are ready to perform moves safely on their own.
  • Static Holds: Balancing drills like headstands, handstands, and the human flag teach kids how to control their center of gravity.

Where We Train

We have a dedicated, raw industrial studio setup in RR Nagar and also conduct training sessions in Jayanagar. Our facility is equipped with gymnastic rings, climbing ropes, and safety mats to ensure a complete training environment. Whether your child is a complete beginner or looking to sharpen their existing skills, they will find a supportive group atmosphere here. We train together, push each other, and celebrate every win, no matter how small.
