My sessions focus on functional movement—mastering your own body weight through handstands, rings, and acrobatics. It’s an industrial, high-energy environment, and I’ll be right there spotting you as you push for your first clean muscle-up or backflip. Come ready to sweat, and I’ll handle the progression.

I started The Rock Bull Academy of Arts because I believe fitness shouldn't be about waiting for a machine to free up. My training methodology is built on calisthenics and gymnastics, prioritizing bodyweight strength over isolation exercises. Whether you are in my RR Nagar studio or we are meeting for a session in Jayanagar, the goal is the same: learning to control your own body.

Why Train With Me

My group classes operate on a 12-session monthly cycle, 3 days a week. We keep the groups mixed to ensure that beginners learn from watching advanced students. You will work on mobility, deep stretching for splits and bridges, and acrobatic progressions like back handsprings and flips. Every move is taught with safety first, using crash mats and hands-on spotting from me.

For those who want to level up faster, my 1-on-1 personal coaching is the fastest route to unlocking specific skills. We use video analysis to fix your form on handstands or ring push-ups, and I create a roadmap that gets you moving better.
