This is a demonstration of some of the skills we train, including advanced pull-up variations and the human flag. Mastering these moves requires serious dedication and full-body strength.

The human flag is a true test of core and oblique strength. Here I am holding the position, and I teach my students the step-by-step progressions to achieve this move.
