It’s crazy how fast time flies and how things progress. This shows one of my students in 2020 and then in 2023. It's a reminder to enjoy and live every moment of the journey.

About Additional Work

We do not use fancy gym machines here. Instead, you will see students training on floor mats with crash mats, working on everything from basic cartwheels to one-handed handstands. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to perfect your backflip, I focus on manual spotting and progressive drills that build real strength rather than just aesthetics.

How We Train

At The Rock Bull Academy, we believe in mastering your own body weight. My classes are a mix of gymnastics, calisthenics, and conditioning. We operate out of an industrial-style studio where the focus is strictly on output and form.

What you will see in our sessions:

  • Progressive Gymnastics: We don't just jump into flips. We start with floor drills, headstands, and cartwheels on mats to build your confidence and balance.
  • Partner Acrobatics: You will see us working on human pyramids and tandem plank exercises. This builds core stability and trust between partners.
  • Calisthenics Conditioning: This includes ring work, pull-ups, and static holds like the human flag, designed to develop raw upper-body power.

I use video analysis during personal training sessions to fix micro-errors in your form, which helps you learn high-risk acrobatic moves safely and faster.
