Monthly Group Training (12 Sessions)
Training Logistics
- Frequency: 12 sessions per month (approx. 3 per week).
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes per session.
- Format: Group classes (mixed age/gender) led by Head Coach or senior trainers.
Facility & Equipment
- Flooring: High-density EVA puzzle mats and wooden flooring.
- Tumbling: Access to Air Track (inflatable strip) for safer flip practice.
- Apparatus: Usage of Gymnastic Rings, adjustable Parallel Bars, and Climbing Ropes.
- Environment: High-ceiling warehouse with industrial fans (Non-AC).
Skill Coverage
- Foundations: Cartwheels, round-offs, and handstand conditioning.
- Advanced: Progression drills for back handsprings and aerials (with spotting).
- Calisthenics: Bodyweight strength including pull-ups, dips, and core compression.
Single Session Drop-In
Access Details
- Entry: Access to one scheduled group class (Gymnastics or Calisthenics).
- Duration: 60 minutes.
- Instruction: General supervision and correction within a group setting.
Facilities Included
- Equipment: Full use of mats, bars, and air track during class hours.
- Amenities: Changing area, shoe storage cubbies, and RO drinking water access.
1-on-1 Private Coaching
Personalized Coaching
- Attention: 1:1 Coach-to-Student ratio for 60 minutes.
- Safety: Continuous manual spotting for every rep to prevent falls.
- Goal Specific: Custom programming for specific moves (e.g., Muscle-up, Back tuck).
Technical Features
- Analysis: Real-time video recording and playback for form correction.
- Priority Access: Immediate use of Air Track or Rings without waiting.
- Recovery: Partner stretching assisted by the coach for deeper range of motion.

Training Highlights
We blend gymnastics with calisthenics for proper, functional movement classes. Here’s what you’ll get:
- Learn tumbling skills for beginners through to advanced moves like aerials and partner acrobatics.
- Build bodyweight strength training with rope climbs, rings, and challenging holds.
- Deepen flexibility and mobility drills, working on splits and backbends safely.
- Nail down handstand progression workouts and balance skills using gear like Bosu balls.
- Use our bars and rings for some seriously fun upper body strength work.

My Story
Hey, we’re The Movement Studio. Started this place because we truly think movement heals, you know? Not just about looking good, but feeling strong, moving free. We see shy kids, adults who lost their spark—watch them light up when they nail a move! It’s not just workouts, it’s birthdays, cake, laughs, and a whole lotta ‘you got this’ energy. Everyone’s got their own pace here. We’re a family, and we celebrate every win, big or tiny.
My Work
Dance, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, and Aerial Classes - We teach kids gymnastics classes, group calisthenics training, aerial hoop lessons, fitness, and more. Group and personal sessions, online too.
Community Vibes - We’re not just a studio. We celebrate birthdays, cheer each other on, and make new friends. It’s good vibes all around.
All Ages, All Levels - Five-year-olds or parents, doesn’t matter. Everyone’s welcome. We help you move at your own speed.
