Training Structure
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week focusing on discipline and grit.
- Apparatus Training: Skill acquisition on Vaulting Table, Parallel Bars, Balance Beam, and Roman Rings.
- Floor Work: Progression from basic handstands and cartwheels to walkovers and round-offs on tumbling tracks.
- Conditioning: 20-minute rigorous warm-up with running, splits, and bodyweight strength drills (push-ups, v-ups).

- Coaching Standards: NSNIS methodology basics with 1 Head Coach and assistant spotters.
- Safety Protocols: Manual spotting assistance for new skills and usage of crash mats for fall protection.
- Equipment: Wonvey brand apparatus and climbing ropes.

- Adult Gymnastics: Instruction on skills like handstand holds, trampoline jumps, and spotted backflips.

Gym Environment
- Setting: Garage-gym style industrial hall (non-AC) with sprung floors for low-impact cardio.
- Safety: Foam pits and mats provided for safe landing practice.
- Coaching: Hands-on correction to ensure safety during dynamic movements.

Camp Details
- Schedule: 15-20 day modules with daily 2 to 3-hour batches (Morning or Evening).
- Venue: Large industrial-style hall with high ceilings and industrial fans (non-AC).
- Safety: 1:12 coach-to-student ratio with full floor padding and puzzle mats.
- Batch Size: Group setting of 15-20 kids to encourage socialization.

We train together, no matter your age. For adults, it's about getting fitter, stronger, and learning new moves. For kids, I run gymnastics summer camp and regular sessions focused on discipline, movement, and fun. Everyone gets to try gymnastics, dance, and fitness drills - all in a supportive group.
Kids: Making Champions
Kids start with basics like rolls and cartwheels, and we keep it fun with dance and games. Safety is top priority - every coach is hands-on, mats everywhere, no shortcuts. My goal? Build strength and confidence for life.

Want to lose weight, get stronger, or just try something wild like a backflip? You'll get strength and conditioning for kids and adults, handstand practice, and group fitness classes in Gurgaon that actually challenge you. No fancy talk, just pure effort.
Our Training Space
My academies in Gurgaon (Sector 37D, 11, South City-1) are set up for real training. Full mats, all the equipment, and a vibe that says “let’s work hard, together.” Bas mehnat karo, koshish karo (Just work, keep trying) - that's my only rule!

My Story
I’m NSNIS certified, running Zero Gravity Gymnastics Academy. My motto? Replace 'I wish' with 'I will.' Kids, adults, whoever walks in, I want them to feel that spark. Apna sapna pura karne ke liye jeb mein paise nahi, jigar mein hausla chahiye (Dreams need guts, not money). Students here win medals, but it’s the sweat and fire that matter most. Champions aren’t born, they’re made. That’s what we’re about.
