Age is just a number. Here, I'm guiding a six-year-old through a routine on the uneven bars. We focus on building strength, confidence, and perfect form from the very first day.
Strength in unity. This is my adult and advanced group, demonstrating the power and discipline we cultivate through calisthenics and advanced gymnastics training. We train as a team to push each other further.

Our training in Sector 37D and Sector 11 is strictly hands-on. I use manual spotting for every new skill, from a basic handstand to a round-off back salto, ensuring you get the technique right before you ever try it solo on our crash mats.

I run Zero Gravity with one standard: if you want to win, you start by training your mind. My academies aren't gyms where you just pay for a membership. You pay for coaching, discipline, and the sweat equity required to learn real gymnastics skills. - Safety First, Always: Gymnastics is high-impact. That is why we use full floor padding, puzzle mats, and dedicated crash mats. I personally spot students to prevent injury while pushing them to attempt backflips and advanced aerials.
- No-Nonsense Environment: My facilities in Gurgaon (Sector 37D and South City-1) are industrial-style halls. They are built for work, not for luxury. If you are looking for an air-conditioned studio, this is not the place. If you are looking to get stronger and learn to fly, you are in the right spot.
For Kids and Adults
Kids start with the fundamentals—vault, bars, and floor work—focusing on long-term athletic development rather than quick tricks. For adults, we combine HIIT, Zumba, and gymnastics conditioning to build functional strength. You will learn to control your body, improve your flexibility, and gain the confidence that comes from physical mastery. Bas mehnat karo, koshish karo.
