This is Zero Gravity Gymnastics Academy. We offer basic to advanced competitive training in Sector 37D and Sector 11, Gurgaon, for both kids and adults.
About Our Training Academies
You won’t find AC or fancy interiors here. My academies in Sector 37D and 11 are industrial-style training halls built for one purpose: to push your limits. We use full-size vaults, parallel bars, and dedicated tumbling tracks, all protected by professional crash mats so you can learn new skills safely.
Building a champion starts with the right environment. My training spaces are designed to remove distractions and focus entirely on performance. Whether you are training for a competitive gymnastics event or working on your functional fitness, you have full access to specialized apparatus including vaulting tables, Roman rings, and balance beams.
My training methodology follows the NSNIS-certified approach, which prioritizes disciplined movement over comfort. Safety is the foundation of our work—every session is hands-on, with spotters always present and mats layered everywhere to catch you while you master complex skills like backflips, round-offs, or handstand walks.
We keep the training structure tight. Kids learn fundamental movements in a safe, disciplined setting, while adults engage in high-intensity HIIT and conditioning circuits designed to build real strength and mobility. It is raw, it is loud, and it is effective. You come here to work, sweat, and achieve your specific goals.
