- Flooring: 25mm EVA interlocking foam puzzle mats for impact absorption.

- Staffing: High-energy instructors focused on patient, safe handling of toddlers.
Junior Gymnastics & Tumbling Program
Class Structure
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Mon/Wed/Fri), totaling ~12 sessions per month.
- Duration: 60 minutes of rigorous physical training per class.
- Eligibility: Strictly for children aged 5 years and above.
Skill Development
- Floor Work: Instruction in Cartwheels, Round-offs, Handstands, and Bridges.
- Tumbling: Progression training for Front Flips, Back Flips, and Back Handsprings.

What Makes Our Gymnastics Classes Different
At MDFC, we believe gymnastics is more than just acrobatic tricks. It’s about seeing kids light up when they nail a new skill and helping them grow strong inside and out. I love creating a “masti ki pathshala” where every kid feels like they belong and can let loose.
How We Build Skills
We start simple and move up, covering all basics like rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. Kids work on core strength exercises that feel more like play than workout. We also get them flexible with splits and bridges, and if they’re ready, we introduce things like walkovers and flips. I’m careful about safety - thick mats, clear instructions, and zero rushing.
More Than Just Moves
Gymnastics here isn’t only about the mat. Kids find their confidence, learn to focus (not everyone’s strong suit!), and get better at balancing and knowing their bodies. And yes, they learn to cheer for each other - teamwork is a big part of the vibe. Group gymnastics lessons keep everyone motivated.
Classes for Every Age
We run group batches for ages 5+, special fun movement classes for toddlers, and private sessions for kids who need extra attention. Classes happen at our Sector 45 Gurugram studio, at home in Gurgaon or Delhi, or even in your society. We also do summer camps and workshops for some extra masti.

Hey, I’m Himanshu, founder of MDFC. People call me a dance teacher, but really, I just love helping folks—especially tiny ones—find happiness in moving. That first little giggle when a toddler gets a step right? Pure magic, yaar. Started the 'Mom & Me' dance so parents and kids can make memories together.
