Training Scope
- Objective: General athletic development including speed and quickness.
- Drills: Ladder runs, cone weaving, hurdle jumps, and shuttle runs.
- Frequency: 3 to 4 sessions per week.
Venue & Setup
- Primary Location: Sector 88 Park (Outdoor training).
- Backup Location: Sector 16 Studio (Indoor during bad weather).
- Instruction: Disciplined, military style vocal supervision.
Adult Functional Bootcamp
Workout Regime
- Format: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and circuit drills.
- Props: Medicine balls (3 to 5kg), agility ladders, and plastic cones.
- Frequency: Regular batches running 4 to 5 days a week.
Professional Oversight
- Coach: Direct programming by NIS Qualified Coach (SAI certified).
- Venue: Mix of outdoor natural grass (Sector 88) and indoor mats (Sector 16).
- Focus: Core strength, stamina, and flexibility.
Kids Freestyle & Bollywood Dance
Core Details
- Frequency: 8 to 12 sessions per month (2 to 3 times weekly).
- Style: Non technical Bollywood and Freestyle movement.
- Batch Size: Group setting with approximately 10 to 15 children.
Facility Specs
- Location: Indoor Studio at Sector 16 Branch.
- Cooling: Basic split AC units and wall fans.
- Flooring: Standard studio tiles or firm gymnastics mats.

How We Train
Fitness here never gets boring. You’ll find everything from group fitness training to kids dance classes. We mix strength, stamina, and flexibility in every session. Classes are always moving - one day it’s medicine balls, the next day it’s hurdles or planks. We keep things fresh so you never feel stuck in a rut.

Just launched - dance classes! Kids get to groove, sweat, and have fun. It’s different every week, and I promise it’s full of energy and laughter.

I’m NIS certified, backed by a team of coaches who know their stuff. We focus on technique, safety, and keeping classes small so you get attention. No shortcuts.
Where We Train
You’ll find us in Sector-16 (main center, indoor setup) and Sector-88 (sometimes outdoors in RPS Savana Park). You’ll feel the difference - sab kuch bilkul asli hai (everything’s totally real).
We don’t make superheroes overnight, but you’ll see changes, thoda thoda (bit by bit). Ready? Thik hai (okay)?

My Story
Namaste! We’re Kids Gymnastics and Yoga Center, but most folks call us Bittu Gymnastics. Our life is all about coaching little champions - gymnastics, yoga, dance, fitness, sab kuch (everything). NIS certified, medal-winning students, and a team that feels like family. Every kid’s win is our win. Practice mood is always on, and we believe in building strength and confidence, ek team, ek dream (one team, one dream).
