Why I Do What I Do
I want fitness to be something you actually look forward to. At Amozish, I've seen how the right mix of fun and movement can change the way you feel about working out—whether you're a kid or an adult.
Kids: Play, Learn, Repeat
For the little ones, it's not just about exercise. I focus on confidence and skills in a playful space. My kids gymnastics classes start as early as toddler age. They learn things like rolls, handstands, or backbends at their own pace, always on safety mats so no one gets scared.
Aerial yoga for children? Yup, that's a thing here. Kids get to hang and stretch in soft hammocks, mixing yoga and acrobatics. And if hula hoops or sports circuits are more their jam, I've got those too—think running, jumping, laughing, all while building coordination.
Grown-Ups: Find Your Flow
If you want a break from boring routines, I offer group fitness for adults with everything from core workouts to aerobics, Pilates, and even boxing fitness. Yoga gets a twist too—try Danda Yoga or Blindfold Yoga for something different, or join my women-only batches.
Weekend dance workout sessions are always full of energy, perfect for burning calories without feeling like a slog.
Camps & That "Aha!" Moment

My Story
Hey, we’re Amozish. Been at this for 7+ years now, started out small, big dreams though. Kids come in, quiet sometimes, leave with confidence - some even perform on stage or publish stories with our Author's Launchpad program. Remember Diya? She got 11th in Asian Cadet Cup for Fencing! That’s why we’re here. Parents say their kids bloom, we see it too. Now, we’re in Punjabi Bagh with Kidzee. For us, it’s about building a real community, not just running classes.
