Multi-Activity Seasonal Holiday Camp
Daily Schedule
- Duration: 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday (20 hours total over 2 weeks).
- Activity Mix: Split between physical fitness (gymnastics basics, Zumba) and creative sessions (art, storytelling).
- Physical Drills: Tumbling, rolling, and balancing on soft modular equipment (wedges, octagons).
- Creative Workshops: Includes supplies for DIY crafts and flameless cooking activities.
Facility & Operations
- Environment: Large indoor warehouse facility with industrial air-cooling.
- Group Size: 15 to 20 children per batch.
- Exclusions: No meals or snacks provided.
Intensive Gymnastics Skills Bootcamp
Technical Training
- Skill Acquisition: Spotting for advanced moves like back handsprings, walkovers, and aerials.
- Apparatus Work: Drills on Balance Beam, Uneven Bars, Vaulting Table, and Air Tracks.
- Conditioning: High-intensity strength and flexibility routines spanning 3 to 4 hours per day.
Coaching & Assessment
- Instruction: Led by Head Coaches or visiting National/International level experts.
- Feedback: Pre-camp skill mapping and post-camp progress report card.
- Finale: End-of-camp routine demonstration or showcase for parents.

- Gymnastics every day - rolls, cartwheels, flips, and age-appropriate physical activities on beams and bars.
- Strength, stamina & flexibility get a boost with obstacle courses, stretching, Zumba, Yoga and Aerobics.
- Motor skills sharpened using hoops, cones, and hurdles. No two days look the same.
Coaches Who Cheer Loudest
My team is all heart. We never stand back - we’re right there, spotting, helping, shouting things like “Achhe se hold kar!” (Hold it properly!) because we want every kid to feel like a champ, medal or not.
Safety? Non-negotiable.
Clean, child-safe gym equipment, padded floors, strict supervision. Kids get to explore without worry.

My Story
Hey, we’re Sportyze – childhood is our jam, not just a stage. Started with a wild idea: make fitness pure fun for kids, like real power time! We’ve grown from one spot to Indirapuram, Noida, Gurugram, Greater Noida. NSRCEL believed in us too. Our coaches? Real gurus, sometimes even Olympians! Biggest joy? Watching a shy kid beam with their first medal. That’s the Sportyze vibe – muscle, mindset, and magic.
