About Power & Precision: Vault & Pommel Horse
You don't just jump onto a vault; you learn the block. You don't just circle a pommel horse; you build the core strength to hold your weight. We focus on the progression—using mushroom trainers and mini trampolines before moving to the real apparatus—so you learn the correct body shape without the risk of injury. It's not about how fast you go; it's about how clean your form is.
Vault and pommel horse are the cornerstones of men's gymnastics, demanding a unique blend of explosive power and rhythmic control. Many beginners fear these apparatuses because they lack the foundational technique. Here, we break that cycle.
The Progression Approach
We don't put beginners on the vaulting table immediately. We start with mini-trampolines and stacked mats to teach the 'block'—the essential push-off that prevents injury and adds height. For the pommel horse, we utilize mushroom trainers. This allows students to focus entirely on shoulder mechanics and hip movement without worrying about the instability of the full apparatus.
Safety and Technical Precision
Every session involves hands-on spotting. Because these disciplines are high-impact, my academy uses industrial-grade crash mats and strict NSNIS-derived progression models. Whether you are a seven-year-old learning your first circle or an adult building functional shoulder strength, the rule remains: Bas mehnat karo. Master the basics first, then the power comes naturally.
