About Tumbling & Floor Skills
Tumbling isn't just about throwing yourself in the air. Before you attempt a back handspring, we spend weeks conditioning your core, perfecting your bridges, and practicing handstand holds until they are solid. You will fall, you will sweat, and you will work harder than you thought possible. If you are looking for a gentle, air-conditioned studio where you barely break a sweat, this isn't the place. We are here to build skills.
At Zero Gravity, I treat every session like competition training. Whether you are a kid learning your first forward roll or an adult working on a round-off back handspring, the progression remains the same.
The Progression Method
We don't rush. We break complex skills like the back tuck or front straight into granular, repeatable movements. We use foam pits and crash mats, but those are just to keep you safe while you push your physical limits. You learn to trust your body through repetition.
Mental Toughness
The mind quits before the body does. That is why I am there for every rep. Whether it is spotting a back walkover or correcting your arm placement during a tumbling pass, I provide hands-on, constant supervision. This isn't just about gymnastics; it's about building the discipline to 'replace I wish with I will.'
Practical Training
Our Gurugram academies (Sector 37D and Sector 11) are built for work, not comfort. We use industrial-style halls with full matting because that is what real training requires. We don't do fancy, we do effective. Bas mehnat karo, koshish karo—bring your focus, and be prepared to push past your current limits.
