This is what my practice looks like most days. It isn't always quiet or perfect, but it's real. I believe that showing up on the mat, even for a few minutes amidst the chaos, is a victory. This is the core of what I teach: finding your peace, wherever you are.

People often say my hands must be full. They are, but my heart is fuller. Integrating my children into my practice has taught me more about love and presence than any pose. This is partner yoga, mother-style.

For days when your body feels tired and needs extra care, we use props like these yoga blocks to find gentle openings. This supported backbend is wonderful for releasing tension in the upper back and shoulders, a common area of discomfort during and after pregnancy.

It's so important for us as mothers to fill our own cups. Taking a break isn't selfish; it's necessary. In this podcast, I shared my thoughts on why self-care is a vital practice that we model for our children, teaching them it's okay to prioritize their own well being.
